A campaign is a series of related posts published over time — an open-enrollment push, a values rollout, or a product launch announcement. Firmreader treats each post individually, so a little planning keeps the series coherent.

## Plan the sequence

<Steps>
  <Step title="Pick a channel">
    Use a dedicated channel for the campaign, or publish into an existing high-traffic channel like **Company News**.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Outline the posts">
    Draft each post up front so the narrative builds. A typical campaign runs 3–5 posts spaced a few days apart.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Schedule ahead">
    Use **Schedule** instead of **Publish now** to lock in the cadence. Scheduled posts can be edited until they go live.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Suggested cadence

| Day | Post | Priority |
|-----|------|----------|
| 1 | Kickoff announcement | High |
| 4 | Deep dive / details | Normal |
| 8 | FAQ and resources | Normal |
| 11 | Deadline reminder | High |

## Track performance

Group your campaign posts by tagging them with a shared label, then compare read rates across the series in the analytics dashboard.

<Note>
Use **High** priority sparingly — reserve it for the kickoff and the final reminder so push notifications keep their impact.
